A 90-Day Plan to Make a MENA L&D Programme Award-Ready
2026-09-01 · 8 min
Week by week: lock the metric, assign evidence owners, write the four blocks, and register interest before 20 October 2026.
Most MENA L&D teams do not lose awards on storytelling. They lose them because the baseline was never dated.
Days 1–30 — lock the story
Pick the one programme you would defend in a ten-minute CEO brief. Write the operational constraint in one paragraph. Pull the number the CFO or COO already reports. If it has no date, it is not a baseline.
Days 31–60 — collect exhibits
Manager behaviours, learner work samples, Arabic and English terminology locked with the business. Do not start a design deck.
Days 61–90 — draft and register
Write four blocks: constraint, intervention, dated evidence, caveat and ask. Register interest so the nomination window on 20 October 2026 is a submission, not a discovery exercise.
AEA judges score the same four blocks. The 90-day plan is the nomination.
