AEA Awards is the MENA Learning & Development awards programme that evaluates GCC corporate academies, nationalisation pathways, bilingual delivery, and digital upskilling on measurable workforce outcomes. Nominations for the 2027 cycle open on 20 October 2026.
Who GCC learning awards are for
Heads of L&D, CHROs, and corporate-university deans in the Gulf are asked the same board question: did learning move nationalisation, time-to-productivity, safety, or leadership bench strength — not course completions.
AEA Awards is built for that conversation. Entries from energy, banking, aviation, government, healthcare, and free-zone enterprises are judged in a Gulf context: bilingual workforces, contractor populations, and localisation KPIs.
How to choose a GCC category
Match the programme, not the org chart. A graduate scheme with a dated time-to-competence metric belongs in onboarding or corporate training. An academy that changed a business KPI belongs in L&D strategy. An AI rollout belongs in digital transformation only if employees used it at scale.
