AEA Awards collects the information you submit through the nomination wizard, contact form, and newsletter signup solely to operate the awards program: reviewing entries, communicating with applicants and judges, and improving the program year over year.

We do not sell personal data. Entry content may be shared with the judging panel assigned to that category and, for winning entries, may be referenced publicly in winner announcements with your consent.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing support@aeamena.com.
