Oman learning awards for programmes you can evidence
Organisations operating in or serving Oman may enter AEA Awards. Judges read the same evidence as for other GCC entries: one programme, a dated baseline, and a workforce result. AEA Awards is not an Omani government prize. Nominations open on 20 October 2026.

Programmes that fit
Energy and industrial academies, ports and logistics, banking, healthcare, tourism, and government capability teams. A Muscat headquarters with field cohorts in Sohar, Duqm, or Salalah should write about the cohort whose results you can date.
Omanisation is a valid outcome when you can show a learning pathway into named roles: who entered, who completed supervised practice, and who is now in post. A hiring percentage without that pathway is not a learning entry.
How Oman entries are judged
There is no separate Oman rubric. Category criteria are published in English and Arabic. A smaller cohort is acceptable if the baseline, the intervention, and the result are clear.
Submit in Arabic, English, or both. Do not translate a global case study and change the city name. Judges score what happened for the learners you name.

Yes. Oman is within the GCC and MENA scope of AEA Awards, alongside the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, and Bahrain.
Is AEA Awards an official Oman Vision programme? +
No. National workforce plans are context for your entry. They are not a partnership, and they do not replace your evidence.
Which category should we use? +
Match the result. Strategy for an academy that moved a business KPI. Corporate training for a defined programme. Onboarding for time-to-productivity. Leadership if the evidence is a leadership bench, not a course catalogue.
