Egypt and North Africa
Egypt learning awards for Arabic-first programs with measurable impact
AEA Awards is open to Egyptian corporates, banks, telcos, industrial groups, and government capability programs that can evidence Learning & Development impact in Arabic and English. It is a MENA L&D award, not a Cairo conference trophy.
Why Egypt is a distinct L&D awards market
Egypt is MENA’s largest talent market. L&D teams here run high-volume onboarding, Arabic content operations, and leadership pipelines under cost and scale pressure. AEA Awards scores that reality: can you prove learning moved performance, not just attendance?
Arabic-first design is a competitive advantage in our judging, not a footnote. Entries that show quality Arabic learning experiences, facilitator capability, and outcomes in factories, branches, or public service outperform generic translated slide decks.
North Africa eligibility and next steps
Programs in Egypt and across North Africa, including Morocco and Tunisia, are explicitly in scope. Use the same portal as Gulf teams; bilingual judges read both languages.
Register your interest before 20 October 2026. Build a one-page evidence map: baseline metric, intervention, result, and who will sign the numbers.
