AEA Awards scores a corporate academy on whether a named population got faster or safer at real work — not on campus size. Nominations for 2027 open 20 October 2026.
Plant, sales, and leadership academies
A plant academy should show incident rates or time-to-competence. A sales academy should show a commercial metric the CRO already reports. A leadership academy should show bench strength or promotion velocity — not NPS of the classroom.
