Integrity & Transparency
A rigorous, independent judging process you can trust
AEA Awards entries are evaluated by independent regional judges using published category rubrics, multi-stage blind review, and conflict-of-interest protocols — ensuring every MENA L&D program is assessed on evidence, not reputation.
Judging panels comprise senior CHROs, CLOs, academic experts, and practitioners from across MENA. Panel composition rotates by category to ensure domain expertise and regional representation.
Each entry passes initial completeness screening, then blind evaluation against published criteria including strategic alignment, design quality, implementation, and measurable impact. Shortlisted entries may receive follow-up questions before final scoring.
AEA Awards publishes rubric summaries and maintains audit trails. Entrants receive feedback bands where applicable, supporting continuous improvement regardless of outcome.
