Match the programme mechanics, not the org chart. Two evidence packs are required for two categories.

The wrong category is one of the fastest ways to waste a strong programme.

If the story is “we rebuilt how the company builds capability,” that is L&D strategy. If it is “this flagship programme moved a KPI,” that is corporate training or the matching specialist category (onboarding, leadership, digital). If it is “I personally led the function,” that is L&D Leader of the Year.
