Learning transfer — a briefing for GCC programme owners

Transfer — applying the skill at work — is the gap AEA judges see most often. This briefing is a pattern note, not a survey of GCC enterprises.

Four patterns show up repeatedly:

1. The manager is absent after the classroom.

3. Job aids were never written in the language of the work.
4. KPIs still reward completions.
