70-20-10 is a widely used planning heuristic (often associated with Lombardo & Eichinger and the Center for Creative Leadership). It is not a scientific law and the ratios are not a target to hit.

Use 70-20-10 as a design prompt, not as proof.

70 (experience): a real project and a named reviewer.
20 (exposure): a coach and a meeting cadence.
10 (education): a course that exists for a reason you can say out loud.
