AI in corporate learning is moving from demos to production questions: adaptive paths, Arabic content support, skills inference from work data, and AI-assisted coaching. The procurement question in Gulf markets is often where the data lives.

This brief does not claim a regional adoption percentage. What we hear in programme conversations is consistent: pilots are common, published baselines are not.

Questions that belong in the vendor room

  • Which learner fields leave the country?
  • Which law applies — for example UAE Federal Decree-Law 45/2021 or the KSA PDPL, if those are your markets?
  • What decision will change if the tool works?

Arabic language quality is a competitive issue for bilingual programmes. Machine output is a draft. Judges and employees can usually tell the difference.
