How to Brief Your CEO on Learning Impact in Ten Minutes

2026-06-02 · 5 min

Four lines: the constraint, the intervention, the dated evidence, and the ask.

CEOs do not need a learning catalogue. They need: what changed, for whom, versus what, and what you need next.

The ten-minute brief

  1. Constraint — the business problem in one line.
  2. Intervention — what you did, for whom.
  3. Evidence — one dated fact.
  4. Ask — the decision or resource you need.

If you cannot fill those four lines, you are not ready for the board — or for an awards panel.
